About State Rep. James White

James White grew up in Houston, Texas and attended Prairie View A&M University where he graduated with a Degree in Political Science and Military Science. The United States Congress commissioned him as an officer of Infantry in the U.S. Army, where he served his country in assignments throughout the world, most notably from 1987-90 in the Berlin Brigade. Representative White has served in the Texas House of Representatives since 2011.
